Help with Images

Sorry if this has been answered, but my search function does not work.

I have put together a .bmp image of 25 items I want to auction, but no matter what I try, the image is way to small for anyone to read. This is the case if I pit it right in the posting or if I link it to my photobucket album. How do I make it nice and big so I can sell off all my goodies????

Photobucket will autoshrink the file if it is too big. Try saving it in .jpg format with 90% compression, and don't make it any wider than 800 pixels as a test.
