Holy Rod req 8 5>50 9% recharge

Well, lets compare it to the energy sword and brohn's wand.

Energy Sword:
Current Value: Unknown, but high
Damage: 1-2 unless ur M/W -- i.e. much less damage
Energy bonus applies even if health under 50 -- ie better energy bonus
Ability to add 20% enchanting pommel

So, would you trade 9% recharge and better damage for a 20% pommel and energy even if under 50%? Depends on the build, normally not perhaps, but I think its a roughly comparable quality item.

Brohn's Wand:
Current Value: Around 80k
Damage: Same
Energy: None:
Bonuses: Brohn's is 20/10. I think thats cast/recharge.

Basically the trade off is 20% faster cast against 5 energy. Again comparable, in the sense that you might prefer one in some builds and another in other builds.

So I think you have a very high quality item there. However, there are many people who will misevaluate it and dismiss it as not max % modifier. I think there are also those that will look at the divine favor attribute and have an irrational negative reaction (look at how much less the divine favor rod goes for than Brohn's, when its really just about as good, even better in some builds.)

At a guess, 25k would be fair, about the price of the divine favor green. But I could be way wrong.

I could be off, but at least I am not comparing it to a green item or HoD sword. Gold items are gold items. We all know that there may be functionally better items that are not gold, but for the most part they spawn that way and thus can not be compared to a rare (ie gold) item. I am not intending to flame, rather I am trying to redirect your PC-ing theory (I know you are new here, so please don't take offense)

The comparison makes sense, but the value of the item is still 100k+ IMHO.
U cant compare the rarity of a gold with a green, but prices are influenced by greens.
It has usefullness not only for a soloer.

Well, I payed 90k for a similar airwand, but had perfect 10%. but that wasnt max.

even if this one isnt perfect, its still a HOLYROD, and is max dmg.
