24 Suspension and Guild banned..... ArenaNet any lamer?

I would just like to say that I am about fed up with this game and your company. This game is supposed to be for people over 18 and yet the stupidest words arent allowed to be used. people hear more cursewords on TV every day. First, you guys banned my rank 300 something guild because it had an offensive name (Scrotal Safety Commission), which is ridiculous. I wasn't refunded the 40k I had to put out to buy the sigil or anything. Also, we lost our fairly good rank because someone thinks "scrotal" is offensive... its a medical term for christ sake. And now, I can't even play with my guildmembers tonite or tomoro because someone thinks my name--Yo Mama Biitch-- is offensive. Everyone knows there is much worse trashtalking that goes on in-game, and what do you expect, this game was built around competitive playing and all competetive games have trashtalking that goes along with them. So whats going to happen, am I going to have to delete my characters and start them all over again because ANet decided to add some new rules? I'm sorry ANet, but you guys are getting extremely lame...
