Ok, i dont know if anyone else has had experience of this but the guild i was in used to be huge! we used to get queues of ppl wanting to join our GvG team but now all of sudden ppl have left or just not playing. I joined the guild and within a month i was made officer as another office dropped out, straight away we had a meeting and it was voted that we were to kick anyone who had been away for 2 weeks without any prior notice.. I thought this was obsurd but i was out voted... anyway we ended up losing 2/3rds of our guild and now we only have about 6 ppl online at once... i was asked to help out to be leader as well so i stopped the kicking but the dmg has already been done.. now we have officers that wont recruit anyone yonger than 16, or a lower lvl than 20... i feel that its stupid as we need players plus well out of order, as we were all new once!! I've met some gr8 acquatances and some ppl are really nice but my guild is ethically wrong!! Do is stay and try and sort things out and try and change the Nazi ways of some officers or do i leave and just be guild less and find a guild with a bit more ethical about there players!!

Should be obvious. There are plenty of good guilds out there.

I joined a guild a while back and within an hour i left because the leader was recruiting everyone...regardless of skill/level.
We went from winning every GvG match, to losing most of them.
Nobody would follow targets or even listen to the basic instructions that the team leader/guild leader was saying.

I left pronto.

Why do i say this? Basically, being choosy over new members might actually be a smart move. Imagine being in the same situation as i was.

Wait a while, maybe a week to see how the guild grows. If it still isn't to your liking, leave by all means.
However, don't forget to keep being friends with your friends, especially if you have known them for a while. It's nice to have someone to talk to and who knows...maybe you could join them again in the future?

Good luck!

Hi and thanks... i just really want to see the guild get better but without players playing then we have no chance! I was hoping that if we recruit say 10 ppl and we get 1 or 2 classy players then it'll be worth it and the others can w8 until they get better!

Its hard to leave a guild sometimes
