random players create price. In other words it all boils down to capitalism!!

good ol warm n fuzzy capitalism. One guy is willing to pay at a certain price. The next guy isnt. Creation of competition in prices is then created, and constantly in flux through market demand and competitor sellers.

I think the market is now built around those stupid, annoying spam bot sellers at LA1. They have so much of the majority of perfect upgrades they can dictate how much they are.
