Slashing Dmg: 14-21 (req. 9 Swordsmanship)
Enchantments last 20% longer
Double adrenaline on hit (Chance: 10%)

With the perfect enchanting mod, I would agree that around 150K is right.

It's the old Henge of Denravi sword that was eliminated from the game with the Sorrow's Furnace update.
