Rumor about Denravi +5 energy sword ?

I heard many times that Anet offers a fissure armor for the ones who give them that sword in order to remove it definitely.

I think it's false and i send an e-mail to Anet to know more about it. They just said "we can't answer, just check out fansites and you'll have an answer".

So i hope i'll have an answer

Now that is the most bullshit way to get a fissure armour if I ever heard any bullshit regarding fissure armour.

I suppose I'll never know if its true, but if it is, how can anybody not call bullshit?

Anet could simply remove the sword from the database if they want it. Everyone's +5 sword would just disappear. Easy and simple.

If that was to be true... honestly everyone would be wearing fissure armour... a sword that worth near to nothing for an set of armour thats almost to impossible to buy for mosy average GW users.

that sword is worth a good amount. as much as fissure armor? of course not. but you could get some serious money for it.

i really doubt u could trade in the HoD Sword for a set of Fissure Armor...

as far as the HoD Sword being worthless... ever since they removed it from the crafter it's been going for a good 100K-150K
