Where is the entrance to Fort Koga, Amnoon Arena, and The Crag?

The map shows it as being accessible from Henge of Denravi but I've been all over that place and can't seem to find it. Can someone help me please?

Oh, and if you're reading that guide it's fairly outdated.

The map is outdated. Fort Koga, Amnoon Arena, and The Crag have all been combined to the Competition Arenas.
