Question about unlocking skills!

Hey, I made a pvp character, but a LOT of skills are still unlocked, and I was just wondering if I could perhaps unlock some warrior/monk skills with my RP character (who is an elementalist / monk). Or if it would be possible to unlock all the skills of all the classes using my elementalist.
