Other mods dont matter i can add them myself
I will pay loads for a perfect one of these (300K+ for the staff, not sure how much for the Truncheon) but dont expect anywhere near as much if u find a good/near perfect like this. Please do not post anything that is not similar to that of which i require.
EDIT: I just found this in a mission
this is similar to what i require, however it does not have Energy +10 and nor does it have max %, and tbh i dont care what kind of req it is (this 1 is Domination) But at least i know now, they do exist like this
