PC- Hale Air Staff of Inspiration Magic

this kind of hybrid staff is really hard to valuate...you need to find the right buyer or just salvage the mods
are there a lot of people use air magic and inspiration magic?...doubt it
if you really need a price...8k

I am seeing alot of this. Certain req. staff with some bs mod on something not even close. Unless you find someone using that exact combo it would be hard to sell. Salvage for whatever you can get off it. the HP +29 is what i would hope for, not perfect but close enough for me.
