mesmer thing..

does there exist a mesmer thing (chakram or something) that has the following stats:

req illusion (don't care how much)
energy +12
energy +15 (while enchanted)
defense +5
health +20 or more (while enchanted)

i really need a chakram with the + 27 energy while enchanted but not one with -1 energy regen(thats pvp)..

Yes and no.

*The +12 energy yes.
*While enchants not that high usually its +5 while enchanted. But very rare you will find a +15 energy always with - negative energy regeneration of 1.
*Defense at +5 I have seen yes.
*Max on off hand hp while enchanted is 45 or always is 30 hp (you tend to find these stats in lower brackets like 31 while enchanted or 21 hp always as an example)

So to sum up you can find off hands that are +12 energy with any of the two above listed but not all. And if they do have the two usually there is a negative bonus to it but it is rare to find one without. Hope that helps.
