i cast soul barbs on the target, afther that i cast all my hexes on him
and use desecrate to deal damage
whith soul barbs each hex deal 29 damage on the target.
parassitic bond is a little selfheal

It could, but it's not really recommended. You have some great anti-war skills, and some anti-caster in there...anyhow, not really optimal for a single target. If you're looking to exploit Soul Barbs, which isn't really advisable, try finding more 5 energy mesmer hexes and bring Shatter Delusions. Soul Barbs, Wastrel's Worry, then Mind Wrack, then Shatter Delusions, repeat the last 3 in that order.

Still...Soul Barbs is cumbersome at best, and takes a while to get enough hexes applied/removed. Gl though.

Edit: Also, I added up the energy costs. You're spending 60 energy to cast all the hexes, plus another 15 for Soul Barbs. On second thought, it won't work, unless you have some serious means of energy production hidden up your sleeve.

I believe you meant Domination magic, not Illusion, as you have domination skills listed but no illusion skills.

yeah, it's nice, but i'd take out backfire for something oh a lower cost. maybe wastrels worry or shame if you want to target monks.

You use wither better than most people I see, who do wither+lots of energy tapping skills. That's self-defeating, and I think just lowering their degen actually works better.

Someone once posted a curses/ice build using Soul Barbs + Feast of Corruption {E}.

God it was a sexy build too...
