im looking for an uncommon staff for my necro, doesnt matter if its ghostly or shadow...

must be related to death or blood magic (not mixed!), any req level

i dont care about preffix and suffix, but staff must have TWO of following mods:

improves casting speed (9-10%)
improves skill recharge (9-10%)
improves casting using death/blood skills (19-20%)
improves recharge using... (19-20%)

if i like the staff im willing to pay up to incredible price^^
