Changing skills & skill points

I need help understanding the skill points.

Let's say I take 4 points away from axe and put them in sword. Will I have only 2 pts to put in sword?

Or will I be able to put all 4 pts into sword, but it limits the number of pts I can switch?

You use up refund points, you have a max of 24 refund points, but you earnt ehm back at 1 point for every 100xp (or close to that).

So while you can't save more than 24, you can earnt hem back, each change you make cost a refund point.. (each click that lowers a skill).

Edit: So to clarify, you don't lose any of your skill points.

m once u reach lvl 20, do u keep gettin xp points, and therefore refund points? or is there a limit to refund points somewhere...

After lvl 20, you still gain xp and you gain a skill point instead of a level.
