How much would a 15>50 tribal axe cost?

As title states, how much would a tribal axe with 15%>50% cost?

Req. doesn't matter.
Let's take a req. 12 for good measure since I wouldn't be able to afford a lower req. one anyway.
Just asking to see if I should waste my time saving for it if I ever find it.

I assume such a thing exists although I've never seen one before, anywhere.

Anybody knows?

Millions, req. doesn't really matter unless it's 13 I guess. This item hasn't even been seen as purple or max dmg, I believe. So no, I doubt you'll be able to afford it even if it was req. 13.
