Best one I see out of those is the Gladius that he's shown you. Although you may not want it, I'd suggest the Shadow Bow, as that is harder to find and has near perfect stats

Well its a win lose situation for you. If you ID it and get 15% dmg mod above 50 or while enchanted you can sell that axe for 200k + probably. If you get something crap like hex etc it will be worth only 25k or less so the choice is yours if you want to gamble. If I owned it I would ID it.

Outside of Bergen hot springs, then head west where all them undead are, but not into the next area. BTW, I sold it for 85k. Yes, I'm new at auctioning.
