not sure if there's a crafted or collecter's one...if you only want these stats,try find a crafted or collecter's one first, price should be around 2-3k(maybe even lower),if you can't then try to find a buckler with these stats,around 10k is my guess

the cheapest would be at least 50k, unless its a really bad req
