Basically, I find a target (preferably a non monk), Mark him, hit with wand (about 30 dmg if a caster, 10-15 if warrior), conjure phantasm. He should be losing hp at a steady rate. Burden if they try to run away, or spike them with clumsiness if they attack. Gale them either way, using Glyph either to aid in Mark casting or with Gale exhaustion. If you play it right, you can keep a character under constant burning and phantasm for an entire round, and switching to a new enemy requires little effort, due to glyph of E helping out with the steep cost.
