Walkin' around looking for Mesner

K so like I'm this Elementalist/Mesner and I met this Hermit Shavelin or whatever and he sent on this quest to get more blow-em-up spells. Which is cool! But where can I find a Mesner guy in Old Ascalan to teach me spells?

Well then being able to write scripts for an autoexec.cfg would be cool. Like allocating skilll/atrribute points in the heat of battle with a touch of a button.

Or lame maybe, I don't know yet.
