yes there was a runic hammer from the collector in regents valley that had +5 energy on it but it got replaced by the stupid runic hammer of fortitude that is there today

Ermm, if it was in Regent Valley, I HIGHLY doubt that it'd be max damage.
Thats still in Ascalon.

What made the +5 energy swords useful for almost everyone was the fact that they were 1-handed. Unfortunately, GW hammers are all 2-handed
