Noobish Elementalist needs help

hey guys, wondering if you can tell me where i can get the Armour set in presearing ascalon ( i already have the Leggings and the boots.) Any tips for the class ( im still considering air or fire ) and any tips for later armour buying and what to salvage would be very much appreciated. Thanks

Not sure about the armour stuff as I have just started playing my Elementalist. But I do know that you need to collect Raw Cloth and glittering dust. You may also need some iron ingots.

This is of course in the early part of the game as I have not traveled very far.

I would just save you money until you get to post searing anyway. I did, didnt have an ounce of problems.

ah, hehe didnt even talk to them. But anyway the money you get from selling your crap at the merchant can be used immediately when arriving at post-searing.

Ive done the one by mountains in wizard folly and the other next to the ranger trainer. But ill try the other 2morrow thx!

I'm also collecting the pre-Searing Elementalist armor set, and I've found the three collectors that GXX mentioned:

Regent Valley next to Ranger trainer - boots
Wizards Folly Fishing Village - gloves
Wizards Folly mountains, close to Foibles Fair - leggings

I have not been able to locate the collector for the chest piece yet, and I've been to many of them... any ideas on where this one is?

Not available in pre-sear I think.

I waited until I got into post-searing Ascalon City and just saved up and bought armour that had 30 armour per item... has served me well.

I think every class has a full set available in pre searing..

I know that the ranger tunic is in Ashford Village. (the same collector who gives you the rangers gloves. )

Try Foible's Folly, see if you can find any there..I say that because I was sent there for more elem skills as my first character. (elem secondary)
