need 5x monk superior runes, 1 of each type and 5th one doesnt matter
need -50hp focus
need collector or green smite rod

Dunno if you need but I got a gold holy rod with these stats:

11-22 fire damage (req. 12 divine favor)
Energy +4 (while enchanted)
Improves casting speed using smiting prayers skills (17% chance)
