They're pre-order items. You got them if you pre-ordered from a specific retailer. Dunno what they'll do for Chapter 2 though.

Health +30
Energy +2 req Strength of 8

Do these items get customized to your first character you make, or do you customize them at the weapon dude?

You get one on every character that you make (PvE and PvP), but they're automatically customized for that character.

after the open beta (or wpe), preorder boxes contain the code for you to participate in the monthly closed beta weekends. and those boxes include items that can be carried to the final release.

i got the compusa idol. heres the pic with stats.

specifications are not that godly. its a sign that youre one of the early batch of players who played the game, tho.

type /preorder. maybe your account got a preorder item.

no, you cant even put them in the trade window, and yeah, the bow is useless, i always forget about it, but when i make a new char, there it is

Yeah, I have the bow, shield and Icon... I use the bow for new characters then drop it as soon as I get to post searing ascalon... better weapons are easy to find for cheap now... so they are useless, except for show I guess...

You can still get the census item and ithas bow easily via e-bay. Those are the two most common pre-order kits from the looks of it.

I have 4 of the 6 items, missing War Pick and Celestrial Prism... and I only play ele & me so far

You can also mod / upgrade them
You can add the pre-order keys to your account at anytime.
