What is this bow worth? anything?
- Dam 11-18 (req. 4 marks)
- Dam +13% while health above 50%
- Armor penetration +10% (9%)
- +1 marksmanship (15% while using skills)

the eupgrades can be used on a better, max dmg, bow... the sundering 10/9 upgrade is actually quite good, so i would say that you should expert salvage it.
