Can bears in post use break charm?

I'v searched through many a tpoic on bears as pets, all to find each topic about bears in pre and how they cannot be tamed. I need to know, where in post can I tame a bear. Do I need cetain skills? Do bears still use break charm in post or not. I don't care about bears in pre, I'm in post and well into the game and would like to get a bear, so all I need is info on how to get it in post, because I know for sure its possible in post. yeah theres alot of bears in the shiverpeaks i dont think they use break charm anymore though

Bears only break charming attempts in the pre-searing world. Charming a bear in the post-searing world is no problem. You can't miss them as you progress in the game.

Ok thanks. It got really annoying searching through all the "How do I tame bears in pre" topics. I'll go hunt one down now :P
