item #12 was from using an expert salvage kit on a plain white staff with no mods, it was fixed a long time ago so that you cant salvage these anymore, but like the +5 energy swords, they didnt erase them if you already had them, i just kept it because i thought it was funny, but in actuality, it does nothing, absolutely nothing, just interesting to me
