+5 energy all the time fire wand

sry i dont have screen shots but im away from my home computer, the stats were

4-5 damage
+5 enrgy all the time
+10% attack speed
-20% crit hit
+25% against charr

yeah low damage and the crit thing, but who really cares about wand damage? just seeing if this was worth anything,i thought it was pretty cool since people buy the energy sword just for the +5 all the time mod

is this a collector item?

prolly, i bought it off someone cheap, he said he had it for a really long time so it might be a removed collectors item
