Golden air wand +5 energy ^50% and faster skill recharge 8%

Almost perfect, because the skill recharge is not max.

+5 energy when health above 50% (max!!)
8% faster recharge of skills (10% is max, 8 not bad either); not tied to a profession!
Req. 12 (also possible to attain for secundary eles)

Question is: should I sell this for 25K? (ingame offer)

Yes thats a good offer considering not a lot of elementalist are primary aeromancers. If it was fire it would be worth so much more.
