Collectors Enchant Shield

Alright, i searched on the forum for this and found some answers, but nothing conclusive. Could anyone give me directions to the collectors shield with these stats, preferably exact, Thanks:
12Ar
45 hp (while enchanted)
-2 dam (while enchanted)

Here's the info I believe you are looking for.

Vargil the White
Location: In the northwest corner of Mamnoon Lagoon next to Hadasha the Artisan
Collecting: 5 Ancient Eyes

Crimson Carapace Shield Armor +12 8 Tactics Health +45 (while enchanted)
Received damage -2 (while enchanted)

I'm still using it after several months.

Even though it has a lower armor lvl than the stance / hexed version, for PVE this is probably one of the best shields you can use IMO. I use the in stance version from the desert only because the particular build i run PVE keeps me in a stance constantly, but use the enchanted one when i change my secondary for farming and on my very first W/mo that i had built which i recently deleted to rebuild and unlock ranger skills.

isnt there a green one that gives you ac16 and the bits you want?
I happen to be a stance guy so yeah I've just kept to that for the most part.
There's also a green that uses STR - power to the green I guess

Only if the build youre running requires stregnth based attributes. most warrior stances and shouts use tactics. I do feel that there needs to be a good collectors Str. based shield though

Malinon's Shield - AL 16, +45 hp while enchanted, -2 received damage while enchanted. It's still hovering around 90-100k though. There isn't a common Strength-based one with +45/-2.

Is there not one with 16 AL?

I guess if not, they that is just another way that A.Net is keeping the PvE characters out of PvP.

P.S. I am so lucky that I got the 16AL in stance collectors shield before it got nerfed to while hexed. If you did not, I suggest you raise the BS flag.

The stance collector's shield is still around, although the bleached shells take forever to get. Also, the green Grognar's Shield has the exact same stats. I really wish there was a Strength-based shield like it, though.

Yea, Griffon Wings used to be really easy to come up with. I still have 20-30 of them and no use for them.

At least it is still available.

So, it is set. We need a While Enchanted Tactics Shield, and the host of strength shields like the PvP players have access to (without unlocking anything I might add).
