Lately i have been using a healer in both pvp and pve and i have noticed that sometimes my heals r reduced by 20% (WOW) when there have been no hexes of anykind on my target. See for urself.

This is the amount i normally heal for using orison of healing with 16 heling and about 13 divine. (115)

Now this is me on the same mission with the same attribute points using orison with a 20% decrease of my healing capacity for orison. WTF is the deal with that. My healing for orison went from 115 to 92, that is a big decrease, a calculated 20%. It is also decreased when i use my other healing spells like heal other and dwaynas kiss.

Grrr GW is making me mad!!

yes i agree with the two post in front of me this sounds like and is deep wound.

I agree, seems like deep wound. It also seems like the -20% healing is an oft-forgotten thing, it is mentioned so little.

Hmm..does spectral agony cause a reduction in healing too? I never really noticed. And since it seems that theres only a mursaat monk there, it could be spectral agony.

are u guys sure it decreases healing by 20%. The last time i checked it decreased total hp by 20%. Also i will checkup on spectral agony and post the full pics so u can see everything.

by the way, this has happened in pvp and past missions in pve so i doubt that it is spectral agony

It makes me mad when i buy a sup heal rune and my heals get decreased by 20% anyways. Its like i have only 12 healig rather than 16.

Reduces max health and healing by 20%

I'd say that it reduces it by 20%....
check here to be certain....
