PC: On a nice Gold +15% always Bow

Can anyone give me an idea of how much this bow is worth.

Sundering Short Bow of Shelter
15-28 Dmg. (Req 9)
Dmg +15%
Armor -10
Armor +6 vs physical
Armor penetration 10% (Chance 9%)

I have a bow grip of defense +5 to all. Would it be worth changing that out with the existing mod and how much would it add to value of the bow. Or would it be better to replace with 29 hp mod?
