ok, anybody with a little help here?

I know it's not perfect with the high req on swordsmanship and health under 50% but I have no idea what this thing is worth.

Well, the enchanting mod is worth quite a bit, so I'd say that this is worth at least 15K.

If you find the right buyer that is looking for the 20<50 mod, you may get up to 30K.
