WTB staff upgrades & monk wand

Looking for staff upgrades.
- Defensive Head (+5 only)
- Wrapping of Defense (+5 only)
- Hale Head (25/29 only)
- Wrapping of Fortitude (25/29 only)

And a Gordac-like monk wand with specific stats (other stats won't be considered):
- 9/10% generic fast cast (or 18/20% fast cast on healing)
plus
- 9/10% generic recharge (or 18/20% recharge on healing)
- damage doesn't matter but divine/smiting would be a bonus
