armor in presearing

hi, i'm not sure where to find the new boots armor in the preseainn. in one of the guides says to give 5 dull caprices to Rownan. I got the 5 dull caprices, but he does not offer the boots, only the leggin which i already have. alittle help please.

To be honest, don't worry about armor in pre-searing... it's pretty much useless to get, as soon as the searing happens, you'll have access to far superior armor.

Well if you manage to get all the pre-searing armors, you ultimately get 8 extra defense, which can come in sort of handy the first few quests in post-searing. Rangers have it easy, like 3 of their armor collectors are right next to eachother.
