Battle Axe with energy bonus

I would like this thread to shed some light on the Battle Axe with the Energy bonus on it.

The Axe:

Battle Axe (Looks like a cleaver)
Slashing Dmg: 6-21 (Req 8 Axe Mastery)
Energy +3 while Enchanted
Energy +5 while Hexed

I obtained this axe pre-sorrows furnace from a quest reward. To the best of my knowledge it was the "Urgent Warning" quest in the Henge of Denravi area. I recently did this quest with a new char. and I recieved a batlle axe identical except for the energy bonus.

Does anyone else know more about this axe? If its still available and where to get it. Does anyone know the value of the axe, or a rough estimate?

Any information will be greatly appreciated.

It wouldn't suprise me to see this go for over 100K. If a Furious mod can be added ot it the price might double.

I am fairly certain that you can mod this axe I could try it if you want, it couldnt hurt the value I dont think.
