List of Weapon Upgrades and what they do?

I did a search but its spotty for me (getting blank screen most of the time)

Is there a site/post listing all the weapon upgrades and what they do?

While Im at it is there a list some place that lists all the possible weapons and there max stats? (dam, Armor ect..)

They have a very nice list of all of the possible upgrades.
Which can be salvaged and which ones can't.
