Ascension Bug (MAYBE SPOILERS)

I don't know if if what i'm going to say is a spoiler, but I thought it would be better to play it safe.

I went into the augury rock ascension mission, beat it and came out on the other side at level 20. However, I think I'm missing the attribute points that I would have gotten had I leveled up normally. I only have 170 total attribute points and it doesn't look like theres a way to get them. Was this the way it was supposed to happen, completely messing up my char for the reast of the game? Is there a way to gain those lost points through gain exp or something? Or is this just a huge bug?

Not a bug, it's by design. You can get the missing point as a quest reward for a quest in the desert...not sure wich one and where exactly you can get it, I think it's in the small outpost east of Augury.

k cool, as long as it's not permanent.

Can anyone confirm this, the name of the conquest and the name of the outpost?

one of them is in droknars forge after you do any of the profession path quests, but I can't find the other one.

The other one I found accidently in the desert. I was completing a quest for PRecision Shot (from the outpost NE of Augury ROck, can't remember the name) and when I completed that one, the guy I had to find in an EA gave me the quest for 15 extra attribute points.

After you finish The Forgotten Ones you'll get a followup quest and that one will give 15 attribute points.

where do you get the forgotten ones quest?? I've looked at every outpost in the desert and I can't find it...

EDIT: ....I had already done it. I just had to remember where it ended... All 200 points though!
