Bow sucks because it's 13% vs 15%? Please.

Do you know what the difference in dmg between +13% and +15% is? Virtually none. Test it yourself with a 13% weapon and a 15% and ZOMG, be amazed at the zero difference. Oh, unless you prefer hunting level 3 devourers and level 4 charr and the like, then that 1 extra point of damage over 70 damage might just save your life.

A good bow to use YOURSELF. I.E. not buying to resell to noobs.

Peace,

Peace,
id0l that's nice and all but tell me someone who spent more than 10k...even 5k on a damage mod that wasnt perfect.

not alot of people spend money on non perfect mods at all.

not alot of people spend money on non perfect mods at all. Sure, okay. I spent 80K on a Mursaat Hornbow with 14>50 req 9. I spent 220K on a Dwarven Axe 12>50 req 9. Countless shields that weren't perfect (as very very very few are), and there's Crystallines, Sickles, Serpents, Dwarvens, Hornbows, Shadow Bows, Stormbows, Fellblades, Staffs, Wands, Offhands, etc. (yeah, alot more), that sell for much more than 5-10K all the time, that aren't perfect at all. It's a very long list.

Kind of retarded to spend 10x the amount on something "perfect" when you can get something identical for alot cheaper. "Perfect" stats are only for enlarging your e-penis in the trade window, or your simply a collector with money abound. Sure, I'll buy something with perfect stats if it's not ridiculously priced. But that's the only time I will.

He's not asking you to spend 10K on it. But 1K is lowballing. If I was him, I'd rather sell it to the merchant for 200g or whatever, than give someone the satisfaction of getting it at 1K and wasting my time waiting for them to get online and trade.

It's a very long list. you are talking about very rare weapons there. not saying that a feathered long bow is common, but it is not in the ranks of even imperfect dwarven axes, fellblades, stormbows, etc.

it's not that i care about the minuscle(sp?) difference in damage, it's that everyone else does. you know almost anyone looking to buy a weapon is thinking, I'm out for the best possible. this is hte way it's been for a while now. you see all kinds of imperfect weapons put up on this site, and most of them dont get a second look. argueing in this thread about it wont change that.

if your saying 10k is a good price, then whats wrong with 1k as a starting bid. 10% of your buyout is not a far stretch. and calling it "lowballing" after 1 person posts 1k and gives you a free bump is a far stretch as well

Edit: 20k b/o isnt unreasonable imo, i've spent more on worst weapons just because i was in good finacial standings and really didnt mind the little bit of extra money and having nearly the same preformance from the weapon but just having the stat look a bit worse.
