The chance makes all the difference. That is worth about 50 gold.

Mhhh... I think it would be around 500gp sorry but maybe the 40k was referred o a perfect sundering mod 10% armor penetration with 10% chances.. and prices of upgrades are dropping lately at least on Euro servers. I find it hard to sell a 10/10 for axe for 40k just my 2 cents anyway.
