WTB Ghostly Staff with dual cast-mods

I'm joining the ghostly staff hunters now that I'm re-activating my necro. I'm looking for a max damage gold model with either blood or domination requirements (<=10 if domination) and dual casting mods (skill and recharge acceleration). I'd like to see what people have available.
