You might be able to get 1-2k on the first item, if you can find someone who wants it. But it's probably not worth the trouble and you should sell it to the merchant. The Foehammer should just go to the merchant, it's not worth anything either.

You can try to salvage the haft off of the hammer, I know its a gamble but you might want the cold damage mod when you go to the Volcanic Islands.
