Vellum roles?

Is there a Crafter for Vellum, and where is he located? I would really like to know because I'm still not rich!

Generally speaking the Crafter in Talus Chute is considered the most accessable for making Vellum. Take lots of Dust and Wood and enough gold to craft what you will need. 5 Wood, 5 Dust and 20g per roll.
Pretty much any character can run there, but it's not a tough fight with henchies either if you don't want to run.

the guy outside of sardical sanitarium can craft them also i believe. and hes a lot easier to get too than the one in talus chute

I was there at level 16 with my monk. Just grabbed the henchies and killed the trolls. Easy sauce.

I got two gold max damage axes out of all of it too. (went there a couple times)

I'm pretty sure the guy (Artisan David) outside Sardelac Sanitarium can only do parchment not vellum.
