Staff wrapping of death magic & weapon with imp skill recharge 20%

i want these items:
- staff wrapping of death magic (20% chance)
- bortaks bone cesta
- max dmg one handed weapon of reqs death magic or curses. req must not be above 12. i want the bonus imp skill recharge using curse skills(20%) or for all skills. additional bonus on this item will be good also.
