I've been running this build in the 4v4 Team Arenas with mixed success. Let me know what you think, and let me know if you think I should change anything.
W/N
Attributes:
Axe: 16
Strength: 12
Curses: 3
Skills:
Penetrating Blow
Dismember
Executioners
Wild Blow
Battle Rage [e]
Plague Touch
Rend Enchantments
Res Sig.
This build works fairly well when the target doesnt realize im commin right for him, but i have trouble with runners unless BR is activated. I think i need to fit sprint in there, but i dont know where.
Wild blow is for dealing with Rangers/Warriors when all the casters are dead.
Plague touch for gettin rid of blind
Rend for monks
lemme know what you all think
W/N Caster Killer
gafnalaz
Yukito Kunisaki
Before someone beats me to the punch, Eviscerate is your friend. It's sadly, an axe staple and if you're not running it and people know, the 'learned' ones won't let you into a party... It's the cookie cutter axe requirement and without it, you're not as feared as you'd expect...
I personally would chuck Penetrating Blow. It doesn't gain anything from the strength bonus unless they 'fixed' that.
Use Sprint + Frenzy. Again, these too are warrior ANYTHING cookie cutter skills and if a warrior doesn't have them, woe to the team with a warrior without these basic skills...
It would seem that all warrior executioners in existance that are considered to be of use in a pvp party always carry this:
16 axe
Eviscerate {E}, Exe. Strike, Frenzy, Sprint
Half your skill bar has to be this in order for anyone to care.
I'd ditch Wild Blow for Swift Chop because deep wound is too good of a condition to pass up. That and Wild Blow is crap vs. the enchant block/ward evade users... Swift Chop can crit + bonus damage, Wild blow always crits, but adds no bonus damage. I run into more enchant avoidance than stance avoidance usually...
Instead of dismember, I'd use Disrupting Chop for this build. You're not using tactics so Fear Me! is out of the question. [I've fought pets so I could spam fear me. Quite satisfying when 3-4 purple "-3s" appear around you at a constant rate and people can't cast as often...] If you're interested in just plain whacking damage, leaving in pen. blow instead of dismember may be the better choice.
Pen. Blow, Eviscerate, Exe Strike, Swift Chop. That's nasty damage.
I like plague touch myself but if my monk is worth his weight in gold instead of lead, he'd be the one to kill conditions on me... That'd be res sig instead...

Unfortuneatley w/n axe warriors have become fairly stagnant in theorycrafting for pvp:
Eviscerate [e]+ Executioners
Frenzy+ Sprint
Rend Enchantments
Res Sig
16 axe, 8+1 strength, 10 curses
o noes, thats 6/8 of your skill bar on what is more or less deemed necessaties. Tertiary warriors can get away with cleave, but in terms of primary this all logically follows. The problem being the big three remaining skills to fill your last slot are also more or less predetermined:
Swift Chop
Penetrating Blow
Disrupting Chop
Of course this last three is more my personal preference, and aside from random team plans like enfeebling blood, weakens (on a caster please) or cripples, i feel most people are going to end up taking two out of the three above.
