WTB Max Shield Req. Stregnth

I want to buy a max damage shield that has good mods and requires stregnth.
willing to pay up to 3k if it is good enough.

I have a (decreasing^^) collection of purple eternal shields with various bonuses too many to list them all, if you're interested PM me in game they're 2k each (I have a blue 1500 and some clean ones as well 750-1k dep on req).
