No need to fret over Thunderclap, spinal shivers etc. anymore, Anet has fixed this. They do listen to players.

Ah yes. Because putting down lame exploiters is unjustified. Right. I just choose not to deal with unskilled exploiters and that makes me bad?

As for your counters, you do realize that TC is AOE right? Even if just one of your teammate is hit with TC and you happen to be nearby, it doesnt matter if you have an evasive stance or Aegis or any blocking skill. You WILL get knocked down.

And please. Keep justisfy how TC is balanced against other interrupt/knockdown skills. Like I said before, it takes no skill or timing to use it. It's bugged and overpowered, simple as that.

EDIT: They've fixed it? Good job. So much for someone's justification that it was "balanced" *chuckles*

I never said that.

If you're playing an online game, you will be dealing with both, inevitably.

You can let them kill your game or you can counter them and continue playing and enjoying yourself. I found Thunderclap exploiters to be entertaining fodder after the first day or so.

So...don't stand too near your teammates when they have Thunderclap on them? Seems pretty simple to me.

That they have, as expected and as we've known they will for some time.

Doesn't mean I have to think it's a good change though. I'd rather have an effective skill that shakes up the metagame than yet another useless elite no one will ever take along.

Ah yes yes. Dont do this. Dont do that. It's all simple I agree. It's always easy to counter something from the sidelines.

But who cares, it's been fixed and you were wrong or they wouldnt have fixed it. Close thread.

Um... I know they said they fixed it, but that ranger didn't have any energy problems keeping it on me the whole duration and then casting it again. Wtf?

OK, I started the thread and would like also to see it closed now. It's been, like, totally fixed, you know? Radical.

Well, it's just plain unfair. It hurts the hexing classes horribly, but nukers and axe swingers and bow twangers aren't affected. It's really annoying.
