Looking back on the items here i think there needs to be a lil clarification so that you guys will understand my pricing.
The hand axe has decent mods if it doesn't sell i think ill mod it proper myself,
BUT consider this that axe is solely a warriors weapon. it does not have the -1 energy degeneration which i have painfully learned is the worse possible in game. the axe allows you to keep your energy regeneration but you lose 5 points of energy so you drop from 40 energy to 35, and it regens the same as normal.

The Shield + a +30 health mod = one of your superiors is now on -3 health =)) or it mean'sthat with the shield and your fav perfect sword or axe(with+30) you can add a third or fourth superior rune. remember all you need is to be enchanted to get the bonuses. for those who don't know nearly all monk healing skills are enchantments and all the buffs definitely are. Sure the tactics are high but who cares as long as there is protective spirit and bond screw it =)
so there that's my reason for the 100k minimum.

I think your start prices are more buyouts.

Problem of first axe : 10 % sundering is good but 15% stance isn't easy to sell. Because fo specific builds. Even people who use stance prefer 15>50.
20% enchantment on it is useless

For second axe : Ya it's a good one ok but buyout is 100K not miniumum

For shield. It's crap. It's awfull and aegis is beter and cheaper (req 9 45 -2)
