1. Easier to find stuff for your character
2. Post builds specific to character instead of searching
3. Better organization

Wont happen. It's been asked for, the mods don't want it.

That's crazy - it would make everything much easier to find.

lol yeah i agree. this would be nice; have it over at sacred forum and it makes it a lot easier to get help, especially coz you get people who 'specialise' in certain classes so they are more likely to spot your thread and help you out with the problem in a specific forum

Because we tried it, and it did not work together. As the game is so focused on working together, and with dual classing, creating little isolationist forums like that would be deterimental overall.

Personally I would love to see profession specific forums too, shame really, it makes it so much easier to post and read up on class related topics.

I do really like this forum, but I find it a bit perplexing as to what exactly is the difference between:
The Riverside Inn
The Campfie
Gladiator's Arena

They all seem to contain strategy and survival tips and questions?

Riverside Inn = general. Consider it as the main depostiroy
Campfire = build specific.
Gladiator's - strategy. Strategy is not equal to builds only. There are many other things to consider.

They had them a couple days ago.... and then vanished.

<edit> read the above linked post. I can see where all the unnecesarry cross-traffic could be generated. I keep forgetting that this isn't an official forum (with a big budget for bandwidth).

It does NOT make things easier to find, in fact it makes it more difficult. It actually makes it harder to find information specific to your professions. Please see the already existing thread on the subject, and specifically the last message in it.
