Hello, I would like to sell my Vampiric Falchion of Fortitude, the person with the highest offer wins, although, I reserve the right not to sell it if I think the offer is too low, which probably won't happen...

Falchion is not a very rare or very popular sword.
It has no damage bonus and really the only good thing on it is a fairly common vamp hilt.
I would suggest that you salvage it and hope for the vamp hilt and you may be able to get a few thousand for that.
